In one batch our cohort is upto 20 members
CXO Incubator is a group executive program, where you also get personal review sessions during the 9 weeks of deep coaching sessions. You get the benefit of learning as part of the group and through personal coaching
We advise all our members to not miss a single session as every session is designed specially to help you grow. If for any reason you miss one class, we will be sharing the recorded version of the class that you will have to watch and learn on your own
At the end of nine weeks, you will discover yourself, know your passion, your potential, your core values. We will help you identify your Blue print and also help you with charting your road map for your next milestone
Well Qualified high performing professionals who are leading specific functions in their organisations and are looking to take the leap to the next level in their career
Once you graduate through the 9 weeks, you will be merged with the CXO incubator Community, where you get to know the other cohort members. Through the 12 months, you will get exclusive access to all the activities of the CXO Incubator Ecosystem.
Road to CXO is a CXO Incubator Community driven initiative. Members of the Community come together to conduct this curated WhatsApp challenge and help professionals who are keen to walk the path of CXO take 7 steps in 7days in their journey. Road to CXO challenge is a pay it forward initiative by the community and likely a first step towards joining CXO incubator.

Hi, I'm Radhika Balakrishnan
LIVING MY PURPOSE
When I quit my job as Director - Standard Chartered, after 18 years of being a corporate banker, people were shocked. Why would someone with a cushy, comfortable, well paying job leave it? But my curiosity to discover my purpose and my intention to empower people, led me to be a Coach. As a Coach, I help mid-senior management professionals on their career journey and help them take the leap they are aspiring for. My mission is to empower 100,000 professionals in their journey so that they in turn are Impactful Leaders.
This thought gave birth to CXO Incubator, a 1 year online Executive Group Coaching program. Here, I use the learnings from behaviour science, philosophy, psychology to help leaders increase their self awareness, build emotional resilience and find out their Passion, Purpose and Core Values and Design their Road Map to take their Big Leap.
The purpose of this initiative it to form a community of leaders who draw strength from each other and continue their learning, growth, giving back and creating an impact.
