Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Radhika Balakrishnan,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Radhika Balakrishnan. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to support@cxoincubator.com. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Grace Possible. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds. 

If the client decides to cancel after beginning the sessions with Radhika Balakrishnan, the decision to refund or extend a credit note will be at the discretion of the management & is subject to change. The decision of management is final.

Our coaching services are priced at INR 150,000. Once a user has started taking the course, the management reserves the right to decide whether to issue a refund or extend a credit note. This decision is subject to change and is solely at the discretion of the management. Please note that the decision of the management in this regard will be final.

In the event that the management decides to issue a refund, please note that it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund from the date of receipt of your refund request. Please note that the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Radhika Balakrishnan will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Radhika Balakrishnan, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
